Available delivery methods
Deliveries normally take 72 hours. But unfortunately covid-19 has taken place in our lives. We therefore cannot guarantee deliveries within the original time frame during this period. We hope for a return to normal very quickly. Thank you for your understanding
In the event of an address that cannot be used during home delivery, the order cannot be canceled.
Furthermore, if the postman arriving at your home is unable to deliver, your package will be dropped off at your nearest post office. In this case, you will have 10 working days to collect it using your identity card and your order tracking number before it is automatically returned to us. In this case, the delivery may be returned to you at your expense and the order will in no case be reimbursed by Mosean.
Mosean works with several carriers in different countries. The carrier will therefore be adapted to your country of delivery. Track your orders from the packaging, we send you an email with the delivery information and a link to track them online. You can also follow your orders by logging into " My account ", Section "My orders ".
Items ordered in France can only be shipped to people 18 years and over with an address in France, including Corsica (except the DOM-TOM and Monaco). During peak season and sales, delivery may take a little longer and some delivery methods may not be available. In certain circumstances, your order will be delivered to you in two separate packages. No additional costs will apply in this case, but we may not be able to offer you all of the available delivery methods. We offer standard home delivery in 7-15 working days for custom sizes, the delay can be up to 45 days (free for orders over 120 euros, 100 euros for members, 80 euros for members Premium) In order to ensure the availability of the items ordered, we may ship your order in several separate packages. Of course there is no additional cost for you to do so.
